V Notch Posts
Perfect for featheredge fencing. Our pressure treated V-Notch posts have pre cut notches to support arris rails, no need for brackets, while saving you time.
They are ‘V’ notched two or three times depending on the height of the fence to take triangular arris rails.
The posts are normally set at 3.0m centres.
Our posts are pressure treated to UC4 specification giving them a far longer life span than ordinary softwood treated fence posts. Each post size is notched to space the arris rails according to the size of feather edge being installed.

An essential addition when building a featheredge fence, these sturdy ready notched treated posts are designed to be used in conjunction with triangular arris rails. Measuring 2400x125x100mm, these posts are made from kiln dried redwood timber and are pressure treated for a longer life. The three notches in the posts ensures your arris rails sit flush with the post and helps to create a strong, great looking fence.
