Can I return an item/cancel a delivery?
Yes, we will gladly accept returned items in resellable condition within 14 days of purchase.
To schedule collection, please email us at enquiries@huntley-group.co.uk or call 01635 925797 with your order number and product information. Perishable materials, such as cement and plaster, will not be accepted for return. Please consult the section "There are occasions where you cannot return Products" in our Conditions of Sale for a complete list of things that cannot be returned. Please be aware that our minimum charge for this collection service is 15% of the order value, which may be higher based on your region and product kind. You will receive a refund within 7 working days of returning the merchandise.
Will I receive a re-stocking charge?
If we accept a return for the Products, they must be returned in their original condition within 30 days after delivery to you. To schedule collection, please email us at enquiries@huntley-group.co.uk or call 01635 925797 with your order number and product information. Please be aware that we may deduct a small restocking fee from the amount of your refund. If you cancel your order using your Consumer Cancellation Rights, you will not be charged a restocking fee.
