How to Use Everbuild 450 Premium Silicone Sealant

Applying the Everbuild 450 Silicone Sealant is simple and ensures professional results:

Prepare the Surface: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, or old sealant residues.
Cut the Nozzle: Trim the nozzle at an angle to match your desired bead size and attach it to the cartridge.
Load the Cartridge: Insert the cartridge into a standard caulking gun for easy application.
Apply the Sealant: Run a consistent bead along the joint, pressing firmly to ensure complete coverage.
Tool the Joint: Smooth the sealant with a tooling stick or your finger dipped in soapy water for a neat finish.
Allow to Cure: The sealant skins over in approximately 15-30 minutes and fully cures within 24-48 hours, depending on joint size and conditions.
