Here at Huntley Group & Son Ltd we supply premium woodsure approved, ready to burn, Seasoned Firewood which are all hardwood logs.

An important aspect of having fires in any form of wood burning fireplace or stove is to be burning dry, quality assured seasoned firewood only.

Our seasoned firewood logs are barn-dried for a minimum of 2 years. We only consider each load ready for delivery when each consignment has been tested to ensure it is fully seasoned with a moisture content below 20%, giving all our wood a “Ready to burn” guarantee.

Seasoned firewood has certain properties that allow it to burn more efficiently in a fire, and helps to ensure that there are fewer issues with starting fires or keeping them burning for longer.
